Return / Refund / Replacement Policy
Due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of perfumes, we maintain a strict return policy.
Eligible Cases
We only accept replacement / refund requests in case of:
- Damaged product received
- Leakage during transit
- Wrong product delivered
Claim Process
To raise a claim:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share:
- Order ID
- Clear photos / videos of parcel and product
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
Non-Eligible Cases
We do NOT accept returns / refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Personal fragrance preference
- Opened / used products
- Minor packaging damage not affecting product
Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Replacement
- Replacement will be shipped after claim verification.
